Park-e-Bike
Park-e-Bike is a pilot programme of public bikes available free of charge at P+R Czerwone Maki, P+R Kurdwanów, P+R Mały Płaszów and P+R Nowy Bieżanów.
We would like to inform you that there are currently problems with the application supporting the Park-e-Bike system related to problems with changing the pause mode into rental mode.
Please update the application on May 29, 2024 - in the new version of the application the above described problem should no longer occur.

We would like to inform that in order to activate the account the user of the Park-e-Bike system should submit a verification form.
Applications can be submitted in person :
- at the bike service of the Public Transport Authority of Krakow - ul. Przewóz 21: Monday - Friday 7.00-17.00;
- at the Passenger Service Points (POP), which are located:
- ul. Podwale 3/5: Monday-Friday 11.00-18.00;
- ul. Wielopole 1 (entrance from Starowiślna Street): Monday-Friday 8.00-16.00;
- os. Centrum D 7: Monday-Friday 11.00 - 18.00;
- ul. Pawia 5A - lobby of Kraków Główny PKP railway station (next to the Customer Service Point of Małopolska Kolej Aglomeracyjna, next to the Biedronka shop - access from Galeria Krakowska from ul. Pawia) Monday-Friday 9.00 -17.00;
or by sending the form via your own trusted profile.
